Announcement: Register and Pay for Optional Programs at IARS Seoul Conference 2025
Dear Participants,
Warm greetings from the IARS Seoul Conference 2025 Secretariat.
We are pleased to share detailed information on the optional programs available to participants of the IARS Seoul Conference 2025.
For this year's IARS Seoul Conference, three optional events are offered:
1. Welcoming Reception (July 14)
Following the Opening Ceremony, all registered participants are invited to attend the Welcoming Reception at no additional cost. However, please note that participants without conference registration must pay an additional fee of 50,000 KRW.
2. Conference Dinner (July 16)
Enjoy a Seasonal Western Course Menu in a relaxed setting with fellow participants.
3. Excursion Program (July 18): A guided walking tour to the Civilian Control Zone (CCZ) near the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ)
Participants who wish to join the excursion must:
(1) Complete payment by June 16, 2025,
(2) Submit a copy of their passport via email to iars.seoul.2025@gmail.com at their earliest convenience.

Due to the competitive reservation system of the DMZ Peace Tourism Program and capacity limitations on our end, this excursion is offered to a very limited number of participants. Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and the program will close once capacity is reached. We sincerely apologize for the short notice and limited time to make your decision.

Each optional program requires separate registration and payment. We encourage early sign-up as space may be limited.
